STIRKS

Averages:
Bulls - £1053.33
Steers - £1068.57
Heifers - £965.04

A strong entry today with trade for smaller native cattle being the most sort after. Trade for strong cattle was inline with trade at the moment.
Today was the show for pens of three and individuals, we would like to thank the Rural Law, Brown & Brown, Farm Finance, Farmers Guardian, JP Mole Control, The Milking Parlour and Yan Farm Vets for their sponsorship and would like to thank Maisie Beresford for doing the judging.
The first prize individual went on to top the heifer market making £1500 from FW Park, Crook.
Top price overall went to MW&M Hodgson, Swallowmire making £1540. Trade throughout was varied depending on specification, smaller cattle looked to be a flying trade, very best cattle were strong, cattle in the middle looked a touch easier. However, trade was still above other competitors.
